The Moot Court Association and the Centre for Competition Law and Policy, Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (MNLUCS), in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI) as Title Sponsor and Phoenix Legal as Co-Organiser, present the 2nd CCI-MNLUCS National Antitrust Moot Court Competition, 2026. SCC Online is the Knowledge Partner, SCC Times the Media Partner and Eastern Book Company the Collaborating Partner.
The competition invites law students from across India to argue a contemporary antitrust and competition law problem before eminent panels drawn from the CCI, the judiciary and leading law firms. The inaugural 2025 edition drew 64 teams (192 participants) from National Law Universities, central and state universities and leading private law schools.
The Stage I registration fee is Rs 4,500 per team and is non-refundable except as decided by the Organising Committee. Registration is complete only upon submission of the registration form and payment of the registration fee. Teams qualifying for the Semi-Final Rounds receive Stage II instructions separately via their registered email.
