01Who we are
Case2Grow (“we”, “us”) is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Madhya Pradesh, India. You can reach us at contact@case2grow.com.
02Eligibility & accounts
- You must be 18 or older to use Case2Grow.
- You agree to give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
03Our services
- Opportunities: we list and curate opportunities (calls for papers, internships, moots, courses, events, admissions and more). Browsing is free. Listings are informational — always confirm details on the official source before applying, paying a fee, or making a commitment.
- Plagiarism & AI reports: generated through our partner DrillBit on documents you submit. Reports are indicative academic-integrity tools, not a guarantee of acceptance by any institution.
- CV review: editorial feedback and matched opportunities prepared by our reviewers.
- Consultation: a scheduled 1:1 session with our team, delivered with a meeting link and a written summary.
04Payments, pricing & credits
- Prices are shown on the relevant page in Indian Rupees and are payable through Razorpay. Plagiarism & AI reports are priced by document length; the price you confirm at checkout applies.
- Credits are an optional wallet where 1 credit = ₹1. They can be applied to eligible services as shown at checkout, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
- We are not registered for GST, so our prices are not subject to GST and we issue a simple payment receipt rather than a tax invoice.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to submit, or use the platform to break any law or institutional rule.
- Misrepresent another person, or submit someone else’s work as your own.
- Scrape, copy, resell or republish our listings or content without permission.
- Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
06Intellectual property
The Case2Grow name, platform, design and curated content are our property or licensed to us. You keep ownership of the documents you upload; by submitting them you grant us the limited right to process and store them solely to deliver the service you requested.
07Third-party listings & content
Opportunities are run by third parties. We verify listings in good faith but cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, fairness or outcome of any third-party opportunity, and we are not responsible for your dealings with them. Treat any request for payment on an external site with care and verify it independently.
08Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is”. Case2Grow is not a law firm, a placement agency, or an accreditation body, and nothing here is legal or career advice or a guarantee of any result (such as publication, selection, or a job). Plagiarism & AI scores are indicative and depend on our partner's systems.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10Suspension & termination
You may stop using Case2Grow and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the platform.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Madhya Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
