3. Services Provided

Case2Grow offers the following services to empower your academic and career journey:

Free Services:

• Access to vetted opportunities (internships, jobs, moots, seminars, workshops, conferences).
• Verified Scopus-indexed journal calls for publications.
• One free Turnitin plagiarism report upon signup.
• One free CV review per user.
• Free 10-minute consultations with legal professionals.
• Free webinars (e.g., legal skills, Scopus publishing).
• Opportunity saving, advanced filters, and reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Paid Services:

• 30-minute personalized consultations (₹299 per session).
• Additional CV reviews after the first free review (₹199 per review).
• Additional Turnitin plagiarism reports after the first free report (₹99 per report).

Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued with notice, as outlined in Section 12.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (e.g., opportunity saving, Turnitin reports, consultations), you must create an account:

• Provide accurate, complete information (e.g., name, email, college, academic year).
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us at support@case2grow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms (e.g., providing false information, misuse of services).

5. Paid Services and Payments

• Payment Terms: Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards). You agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase.
• Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be added at checkout.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which outlines eligibility for refunds (e.g., cancellations 24+ hours before consultations) and processes.

6. User Responsibilities

To ensure a fair and empowering experience, you agree to:

• Use the Platform for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Provide accurate information for account creation, service requests, and university partnerships.
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute Platform content (e.g., vetted opportunities, Scopus calls) without permission.
• Not engage in unauthorized activities, such as hacking, data scraping, or posting harmful content.
• Respect third-party rights, including those of universities, judges, or opportunity providers.
• Notify us of issues (e.g., inaccurate opportunities, technical glitches) at support@case2grow.com. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

• Case2Grow's Content: The Platform, including its design, logo, text, and curated content (e.g., opportunity listings, webinar materials), is owned by Case2Grow or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• User Content: By submitting content (e.g., CVs, consultation notes, event details), you grant Case2Grow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it to provide services (e.g., CV reviews, event promotions). You retain ownership of your content.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written consent. Limited use (e.g., sharing event promotions with attribution) may be permitted, as specified.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

• Third-Party Providers: We use trusted providers (e.g., Turnitin for plagiarism reports, AWS for hosting) to deliver services. These providers are bound by confidentiality and comply with the DPDP Act.
• External Links: The Platform may link to third-party sites (e.g., Scopus journals, university pages). We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Review their terms before engaging.
• Opportunities: Vetted opportunities are sourced from third parties (e.g., law firms, journals). While we verify their quality, we do not control or guarantee their outcomes (e.g., internship offers, publication acceptance).

9. University Partnerships

• Partner Obligations: Partner institutions agree to share event details, facilitate judge interviews, and promote Case2Grow (e.g., via QR-coded posters, webinars) as outlined in partnership agreements.
• Services Provided: Partners receive free services at no cost, subject to mutual compliance.
• Termination: Either party may terminate partnerships with 30 days' notice. Ongoing services (e.g., event promotions) will be completed unless otherwise agreed.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Service Use: The Platform is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free services, or specific outcomes (e.g., securing internships, journal publications).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Case2Grow, its affiliates, and team members harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Misuse of the Platform or services.
• Inaccurate or unlawful content you submit (e.g., falsified CVs, event details).

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

• Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services (e.g., webinars, opportunity listings) with notice via email or the Platform. Paid services will be honored or refunded per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Terms Updates: We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. We'll notify you at least 7 days before significant changes via email or a Platform notice. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

13. Termination

• By You: You may stop using the Platform or delete your account at any time by contacting support@case2grow.com. Paid services are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• By Case2Grow: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations (e.g., misuse, false information) with notice, except in urgent cases (e.g., security threats).
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform ends, and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
