Our Shipping Policy ensures transparency and clarity in how we deliver our digital services and, where applicable, any physical materials (e.g., promotional items for university partnerships). 1. Scope of This Policy

Case2Grow primarily provides digital services, including:

  • Vetted opportunities (internships, jobs, moots, seminars, workshops, conferences).
  • Scopus-indexed journal calls.
  • Plagiarism (Turnitin) reports (one free on signup, additional reports at [Insert Price, e.g., ₹99; please confirm pricing]).
  • CV reviews (one free, additional reviews at [Insert Price, e.g., ₹199; please confirm pricing]).
  • Consultations (free 10-minute sessions; 30-minute sessions at ₹299).
  • Webinars and platform features (e.g., opportunity saving, reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or email).

In limited cases, we may ship physical materials, such as:

  • Promotional materials for university partnerships (e.g., QR-coded posters, flyers, stickers).
  • Potential future merchandise or event-related items (e.g., moot court kits, if introduced).

This policy covers the delivery of both digital and physical items, ensuring a smooth experience.

2. Delivery of Digital Services

Our digital services are delivered instantly or within defined timelines to empower your academic and career journey:

Platform Access and Opportunities:

  • Upon account creation at www.case2grow.com, you gain immediate access to vetted opportunities, Scopus journal calls, and platform features (e.g., saving, filters, reminders).
  • Reminders for deadlines are sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, based on your preferences, with delivery subject to network availability.

Plagiarism (Turnitin) Reports:

  • First Free Report: Available upon signup, processed within 24 hours of submission, delivered via email or your account dashboard.
  • Paid Reports ([Insert Price, e.g., ₹99]): Processed within 24 hours of payment and submission, delivered via email or dashboard. Delays may occur due to Turnitin API issues, in which case you'll be notified.

If a report fails to deliver (e.g., technical error), contact support@case2grow.com for a redo or refund per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

CV Reviews:

  • First Free Review: Submitted via the Platform, completed within 3 business days, delivered via email or dashboard with tailored feedback.
  • Paid Reviews ([Insert Price, e.g., ₹199]): Completed within 3 business days of payment and submission, delivered via email or dashboard.

Delays beyond 3 days (e.g., due to high demand) will be communicated, with an option to cancel for a refund if undelivered.

Consultations:

  • Free 10-Minute Consultations: Scheduled via the Platform, conducted via video call or phone within 7 days of booking, subject to availability.
  • Paid 30-Minute Consultations (₹299): Scheduled within 7 days of payment, conducted via video call or phone. You'll receive a confirmation email with session details (e.g., link, time).

If a session cannot be scheduled or delivered (e.g., technical issues), we'll reschedule or issue a refund per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Webinars:

  • Free webinars are hosted live or pre-recorded, with access links sent via email or available on the Platform at least 24 hours before the event.
  • Recordings, if offered, are accessible within 48 hours post-event via your account or email.

Delivery Method:

Digital services are delivered via:

  • Email: To the address provided at signup.
  • Account Dashboard: Accessible at www.case2grow.com under your profile.
  • WhatsApp/SMS: For reminders, using the number provided (opt-out available).

Ensure your account details (email, phone) are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

3. Delivery of Physical Materials

While Case2Grow is primarily digital, we may ship physical materials for university partnerships or promotional campaigns:

Items Covered:

  • QR-coded posters, flyers, or stickers for university promotions (e.g., library notice boards, canteens).
  • Potential future items (e.g., branded merchandise, moot court kits, if introduced).

Shipping Locations:

  • Physical materials are shipped within India to partner universities or users at registered addresses.
  • International shipping is not currently offered but may be considered for future expansions (e.g., a U.S. version of Case2Grow).

Shipping Process:

  • Order Confirmation: Upon request (e.g., via partnerships@case2grow.com), we'll confirm the items, quantity, and delivery address within 2 business days.
  • Processing Time: Materials are prepared within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery within India takes 5-10 business days, depending on the location (e.g., Bhopal, Jaipur, Guwahati), via trusted courier services (e.g., India Post, Blue Dart).
  • Tracking: A tracking number (if available) will be shared via email or WhatsApp once shipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • University Partnerships: Physical materials (e.g., posters) are provided at no cost to partner institutions, with shipping covered by Case2Grow.
  • Other Users: If physical items are offered for purchase (e.g., merchandise), shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, based on weight and destination.

No hidden fees apply; taxes (e.g., GST) are included or clearly stated.

Delivery Issues:

  • If materials are lost, damaged, or not delivered within 15 business days, contact support@case2grow.com with your order details.
  • We'll reship replacements at no cost or issue a refund for paid items, per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

4. University Partnership Deliverables

For university partners, we deliver both digital and physical services:

Digital Deliverables:

  • 6 free Turnitin reports per student, delivered per Section 2.
  • Event promotions (e.g., moots, seminars) posted on the Platform within 2 business days of receiving details, with a 2-day exclusive launch before public sharing.
  • Judge interviews (videos/articles) completed within 7 business days post-event, shared via the Platform, email, or social media.

Physical Deliverables:

  • QR-coded posters, flyers, or stickers shipped to the university's address per Section 3, at no cost.

Issues with deliverables should be reported to partnerships@case2grow.com for resolution.

5. User Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Provide accurate contact details (email, phone, address) for digital and physical deliveries.
  • Check your email (including spam/junk folders) and account dashboard for service confirmations and deliverables.
  • Notify us within 7 days of expected delivery if digital services (e.g., Turnitin reports, CV reviews) or physical materials are not received, via support@case2grow.com.
  • For physical shipments, ensure someone is available to receive packages or coordinate with your institution's administration.

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • Digital Services: Delays may occur due to technical issues (e.g., Turnitin API downtime, platform maintenance). We'll notify you via email or WhatsApp and deliver within 48 hours of resolution, or offer a refund/redo per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Physical Materials: Delays may result from courier issues, holidays, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters). We'll keep you updated and aim to resolve within 15 business days.

Case2Grow is not liable for delays caused by incorrect contact details or third-party services (e.g., couriers, email providers).

7. Compliance with Indian Laws

This policy complies with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable regulations. We aim to resolve delivery issues transparently. If unsatisfied, you may approach a consumer redressal forum under the Act.
