Case2Grow provides digital services only — there is nothing physical to ship and no shipping address is required. This page explains how and when your digital deliverables reach you.
01No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Every service is delivered electronically through your Case2Grow dashboard and by email, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
02How & when each service is delivered
- Plagiarism & AI report: processed by our partner DrillBit, usually delivered to your dashboard within ~10–15 minutes of submission (occasionally up to a few hours at peak times). You'll get an email when it's ready.
- CV review: typically delivered to your dashboard within ~48 hours, since each review is prepared by our reviewers.
- Consultation: delivered as a scheduled session — the meeting link and, afterwards, a written summary appear in your dashboard.
- Opportunity listings: available instantly on the platform; browsing is free and needs no delivery.
03Delivery confirmation
You can always find your reports, reviews and bookings in your dashboard, and we send an email notification when a deliverable is ready. If something doesn't appear when expected, check your spam folder and your dashboard first.
04Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally a technical issue or a delay at a partner (such as DrillBit) can slow things down. If that happens we'll keep you informed, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy covers any service we fail to deliver.
