Case2Grow helps law students, professionals and academicians find vetted opportunities and prepare to win them — with plagiarism & AI reports, CV reviews and consultations. We take your privacy seriously and handle your data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
01Who we are
Case2Grow (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Madhya Pradesh, India. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@case2grow.com.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account & profile: name, email, phone, user type (student / professional / academician), institution or organisation, course or designation, areas of interest, and anything you add to your profile.
- Documents you upload: your CV/resume and the manuscripts or text you submit for a plagiarism & AI report.
- Service activity: opportunities you save, reports and reviews you request, consultations you book, and messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages and features you use, to improve the platform.
- Device data: IP address, browser and device type.
Payments
Payments are processed by
Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank details — those are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security standards.
03How we use your information
- Deliver the services you ask for — opportunity listings, plagiarism & AI reports, CV reviews and consultations.
- Personalise your opportunity feed using your interests and profile.
- Send service updates, deadline reminders and account notifications (you can opt out of non-essential ones).
- Provide support and respond to your requests.
- Keep the platform secure, prevent misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
04How we share your information
We never sell your data and we don't run third-party advertising. We share data only with the service providers that run the platform, and only as needed:
- DrillBit — to generate plagiarism & AI-content reports on documents you submit.
- Razorpay — to process payments.
- Cloudinary — to store files you upload (CVs, manuscripts).
- Brevo — to send transactional and notification emails.
- Hostinger — to host our application and database.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Each provider may process data only for the purpose we engage them for.
05Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data (most of it from your profile).
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention we must follow.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing (this may limit some features).
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

06Data security
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account credentials safe and tell us at once if you notice anything suspicious.
07Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Uploaded documents and generated reports are retained so you can access them from your dashboard; you can ask us to delete them. We remove or anonymise data we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
08Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the platform working, and basic analytics to understand usage and improve the product. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may break some features.
09Third-party links
Opportunity listings and other pages may link to external sites (journals, institutions, organisers). We don't control those sites — please read their own privacy policies before sharing data with them.
10Children
Case2Grow is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, email contact@case2grow.com and we will remove it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We'll post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date, and for significant changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Case2Grow after an update means you accept it.
