1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the following paid services provided by Case2Grow:
- Paid Consultations: 30-minute personalized guidance sessions priced at ₹299, offered after the free 10-minute consultation.
- Paid CV Reviews: CV reviews after the first free review, priced at ₹199 per review.
- Paid Plagiarism Reports: Additional plagiarism reports after the first free report, priced at ₹99 per report.
- Future Paid Services: Any new paid features introduced on our platform (e.g., premium tiers).
Free services, such as vetted opportunities, Scopus journal calls, the first CV review, the first Turnitin report, webinars, and platform access, are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is required.
2. Cancellation of Paid Services
We strive to make cancellations straightforward. Here's how cancellations work for each paid service:
Paid Consultations:
- By You: Cancel a scheduled 30-minute consultation at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Email support@case2grow.com with your booking details (name, email, session date/time). Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable due to advance preparation. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 7 days, subject to availability.
- By Case2Grow: If we cancel due to unforeseen issues (e.g., consultant unavailability, technical problems), you'll receive a full refund or an option to reschedule, notified via email or WhatsApp. We'll aim to inform you 24 hours in advance, except in emergencies.
Paid CV Reviews:
- By You: Cancel a CV review request within 8 hours of submission, before review begins, for a full refund. Contact support@case2grow.com with your request details. Once the review process starts (notified via email), cancellations are non-refundable, as our team begins tailored feedback preparation.
- By Case2Grow: If we cannot deliver the CV review (e.g., due to technical issues), you'll receive a full refund or an option to resubmit, notified via email or WhatsApp.
Paid Plagiarism (Turnitin) Reports:
- By You: Cancel a report request within 1 hours of submission, before processing begins, for a full refund. Contact support@case2grow.com or WhatsApp with your request details. Once processing starts (notified via email), cancellations are non-refundable due to integration with Turnitin's API.
- By Case2Grow: If we cannot deliver the report (e.g., due to API failure), you'll receive a full refund or an option to resubmit, notified via email or WhatsApp.
3. Refund Eligibility and Process
We aim to ensure satisfaction with our paid services. Refunds are processed as follows:
Eligible Refunds:
- Timely Cancellations: Full refund for consultations, CV reviews, or plagiarism reports cancelled within the 24-hour window before processing or session start.
- Service Failure: Full refund if we fail to deliver the service due to technical issues (e.g., platform outage, API failure) or if the service does not meet the promised scope (e.g., personalized consultation, detailed CV feedback, accurate plagiarism report).
- Dissatisfaction: If you're unsatisfied with the quality of a consultation, CV review, or plagiarism report, contact support@case2grow.com within 8 hours post-delivery with feedback. We'll review your case and may offer a partial or full refund, or a complimentary redo (e.g., new session, review, or report), at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Refunds:
- Cancellations after the 24-hour window or once processing/session has started.
- Missed consultations or no-shows without prior notice.
- Dissatisfaction claims made after 24 hours post-delivery.
- Free services, including the first CV review, first Turnitin report, webinars, or platform features, as no payment is involved.
Refund Process:
- Submit refund requests to support@case2grow.com with your name, email, service details (e.g., session date, review/report request ID), and reason for the request.
- We'll review requests within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, debit/credit card) within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- No cash refunds are available; all refunds are issued electronically.
4. Rescheduling Paid Services
We're flexible to support your needs:
- Consultations: Reschedule a ₹299 consultation by contacting support@case2grow.com or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling is free once per booking, subject to consultant availability. Missed sessions may be rescheduled once within 7 days, but no refund applies.
- CV Reviews and Plagiarism Reports: These services are tied to specific submissions and cannot be rescheduled. If cancelled within 24 hours, you may request a new review or report with a new payment.
5. University Partnership Services
Services provided through university partnerships are offered at no cost to the institution or users. These are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. For issues, contact partnerships@case2grow.com for resolution.
6. Future Paid Services
If Case2Grow introduces new paid services (e.g., premium subscriptions), specific refund and cancellation terms will be provided at purchase. These will align with this policy's principles and comply with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth experience:
- Provide accurate details when booking consultations or requesting CV reviews/plagiarism reports (e.g., email, submission files, session time).
