Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers our paid services: plagiarism & AI reports, paid CV reviews, consultations, and credits. Because these are digital services that begin processing quickly, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery — the details are below.

01What you pay for

  • Plagiarism & AI report: priced by document length (from ₹149); each submission is processed by our partner DrillBit.
  • CV review: your first CV review is free; further reviews are paid (or covered by credits).
  • Consultation: a ₹499 scheduled 1:1 session.
  • Credits: an optional wallet where 1 credit = ₹1, applied to eligible services at checkout.
Free services — browsing opportunities, your first CV review, and platform access — involve no payment and so are not refundable.

02Cancellations & refunds by service

Plagiarism & AI reports

  • Once you pay and submit, the document is sent to DrillBit and processing begins immediately, so the order cannot be cancelled or refunded after submission.
  • If we fail to deliver a report due to a technical or vendor failure, we will re-run it or give you a full refund.

CV reviews

  • You can cancel a paid CV review for a full refund any time before our reviewer starts work. Once the review has begun (you’ll be notified), it is non-refundable, as our team has started preparing your feedback.
  • If we cannot deliver your review, we will redo it or give you a full refund.

Consultations

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a free reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions, are non-refundable (a one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion).
  • If we cancel a session, you’ll get a full refund or a reschedule of your choice.

03Credits

Credits (including referral and promotional credits) have no cash value and are non-refundable. Credits applied to an order are not returned as cash; where an order is eligible for a refund, any credits used are returned to your wallet.

04Not happy with a delivered service?

If you're unsatisfied with the quality of a paid CV review or consultation, email contact@case2grow.com within 48 hours with your order details and what went wrong. We'll review it and, at our discretion, offer a redo or a partial/full refund.

05How to request a refund

  • Email contact@case2grow.com with your registered email, the service, and the order/receipt reference.
  • We review requests within 3–5 business days and let you know the outcome by email.
  • Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds are issued electronically only.
