The Centre for Law and Economics, School of Law, Bennett University, is organising the 2nd International Conference on Law, Economics and Contemporary Challenges on 2-3 September 2026 in hybrid mode at the Bennett University campus, Greater Noida. The conference seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue at the intersection of law and economics, bringing together academicians, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry experts and students to examine contemporary legal, economic and policy challenges.
Bennett University, Greater Noida, is a State Private University in Uttar Pradesh, established by the Times Group (Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd.). Its School of Law works towards excellence in teaching, research and advocacy, and the Centre for Law and Economics serves as a hub for research, education and policy analysis fostering collaboration between legal scholars, economists, practitioners and policymakers. The conference is organised in collaboration with HSE University, Russia, with SCC Online as Knowledge Partner and SCC Times as Media Partner.
Original and unpublished research papers are invited on contemporary issues arising at the intersection of law, economics and governance, including but not limited to:
The conference is open to academicians and faculty members, research scholars and Ph.D. candidates, law students, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry professionals, and representatives from governmental and non-governmental organisations. Co-authorship is permitted for a maximum of three authors per paper.

Selected full papers presented at the conference will be published by reputed publishers with an ISBN, subject to successful completion of a double-blind peer review process and adherence to publication standards.
