About the Conference

The 2nd International Conference on 'Navigating the Future of Insolvency: IBC in the Age of Technology, Globalisation & Sustainable Finance' is designed as a premier forum for multidisciplinary dialogue on the rapidly evolving insolvency ecosystem in India and globally. Building on its previous edition, it responds to the changes reshaping insolvency law as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 enters its second decade, engaging questions at the intersection of law, technology, finance and policy.

Day 1 features high-level panel discussions moderated by distinguished jurists, senior insolvency professionals and policy architects, followed by interactive Q&A sessions. Day 2 is dedicated to scholarly paper presentations by researchers, students and practitioners, offering an academic platform for critical evaluation, empirical analysis and innovative solutions.
