The International Conference on Technology Law, hosted by the School of Law (Institute of Technology Law) at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Taiwan, is established in 1997 and has now reached its 30th edition. It stands as the longest-running, most representative, and most highly integrated interdisciplinary academic platform for technology law in Taiwan.
The 30th International Conference on Technology Law 2026 will be held on 4-5 November 2026 in Taipei, under the theme "Technology Sovereignty and Cross-Domain Governance." The conference convenes scholars, practitioners and policymakers to examine the legal challenges emerging at the intersection of technology, national security, the digital economy and society.

Abstract: Authors must submit an abstract of 1,000 to 2,000 words, in Chinese or English. The abstract should include the research field, objectives, methodology, key findings and contributions.
Full paper: Accepted papers must be developed into a full paper limited to 20,000 words (excluding footnotes and appendices), comprising Chinese and English abstracts, main text and references.
No registration fee is mentioned in the official call for papers. Participants should confirm any costs with the organisers via the official channels below.
