The Centre for Forensic Science, School of Law, Bennett University invites original research papers for the 3rd International Conference on Forensic Science, Law, and Criminal Justice, to be held in hybrid mode at the Bennett University campus in Greater Noida from 15th to 17th September 2026.

The conference brings together scholars, forensic experts, legal professionals and policymakers to examine the evolving role of forensic science, criminology and law in the modern criminal justice system, and to discuss advancements and challenges in forensic investigations, legal evidence, criminal profiling and crime prevention.

Who can submit

The conference invites well-researched original papers from professionals, academicians, practitioners, research scholars, administrators, students, social activists, and representatives of governmental and non-governmental organisations.

Abstract submission guidelines

  • Submit a 500-word abstract in OSCOLA citation style by email to cfs.sol@bennett.edu.in.
  • The abstract must include the name(s), designation, affiliation, email ID and contact details of the author(s), along with a maximum of 5 keywords.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in Word (.doc or .docx) format only.
  • Co-authorship is permitted, with a maximum of one co-author.
  • Acceptance of abstracts will be communicated by email.

Paper submission guidelines

  • Full papers must be 5,000-6,000 words in OSCOLA citation style, submitted to cfs.sol@bennett.edu.in.
  • Body text in Times New Roman size 12 with 1.5 spacing; footnotes in Times New Roman size 10 with single spacing.
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished work with a maximum of 10% plagiarism.
  • Where there is co-authorship, at least one author must attend to present the paper.

Registration fees

  • Rs 2,500 for faculty, academicians and professionals
  • Rs 1,500 for research scholars
  • Rs 1,000 for UG and PG students
  • Free for Bennett University faculty, scholars and students

On selection, the payment portal link is sent to authors along with the acceptance email.

Publication

Selected papers may be published in the Indian Journal of Forensic Medicine and Pathology (IJFMP), which the organiser lists as its publication support journal, at a charge of Rs 10,000 per paper. Other selected papers will be published in an edited book with ISBN or a conference proceeding book with ISBN by a reputed publisher.
