The Centre for Regulatory Studies (CRS), National Law University, Delhi has announced a certificate course on Arbitration Law & Practice: Proceedings, Procedure and Related Litigation, offered under The Practice Series in academic collaboration with mentblue. It is a two-month intensive programme running from July to September 2026.
The course takes participants through an arbitration the way it is actually conducted, from the arbitration agreement to enforcement of the award. Across 15 live online sessions, partners and senior practitioners from India's leading law firms walk participants through the full arbitration lifecycle using the frameworks and documents they use in live mandates. The programme is built for participants who want to move from knowing arbitration law to conducting the arbitration.
National Law University, Delhi approves the curriculum, provides institutional oversight, supervises assessment standards and awards the certificate to participants who complete the course. The Centre for Regulatory Studies (established 2019) is the University's research and capacity-building wing focused on the law of regulated industries, financial markets and corporate practice, and is the academic home of the Practice Series at NLU Delhi.
mentblue is a practitioner-led legal education platform founded and run by former law firm lawyers. It designs the curriculum, convenes the faculty and runs the course end to end, including admissions and participant support.
