The Alliance Journal of Corporate and Commercial Law (AJCCL) invites original, unpublished submissions for its Volume IV. AJCCL is an annual, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed online journal that publishes scholarly work on contemporary issues in corporate and commercial law, balancing theoretical depth with practical relevance.

The journal carries Online ISSN 2584-2463 and is published yearly. If your research sits at the intersection of corporate law, commercial practice and regulation, this is a strong home for your work.

AJCCL is published by the Alliance Centre for Corporate and Commercial Laws (ACCL) at the Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru. The journal is committed to advancing rigorous scholarship in the field and follows a double-anonymised peer review process to ensure quality and fairness.

The journal welcomes submissions on contemporary issues in corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on scholarly rigour and practical relevance. Manuscripts may engage with any sub-area of corporate or commercial law, including regulation, governance, dispute resolution and emerging legal questions in the field.

The call is open to academics, researchers, legal practitioners and students. Submissions must be original and unpublished, and should not be under consideration elsewhere.

• Research Articles: 5,000-8,000 words (maximum 2 authors)
• Case Comments / Notes: 3,000-5,000 words
• Legislative Comments: 3,000-5,000 words
• Essays: 3,000-5,000 words
• Book Reviews: 1,500-2,500 words

Word limits are indicative as listed on the journal's call. Please confirm the current limits on the journal portal before submitting.

• Use British English spelling throughout.
• Follow the Bluebook (21st edition) citation system.
• Use footnotes for references only.
• Every manuscript must include an Introduction and a Conclusion.

There is no fee to publish. As stated on the journal's official page: AJCCL does not charge authors for submission, processing or publication of articles (No APC).
