Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring an Assistant Manager (Legal & Compliance) within its Sustainability & Emerging Assurance practice, based in Mumbai. The role focuses on leading compliance advisory engagements and providing legal and regulatory advisory across sectors including pharmaceuticals, NBFCs and manufacturing.

• Lead compliance advisory engagements and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Conduct compliance audits and gap assessments
• Provide legal and regulatory advisory across pharmaceuticals, NBFCs and manufacturing
• Monitor regulatory updates and legislative changes
• Support compliance planning and internal control systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders on compliance risks and contribute to team mentoring

• Any graduation degree plus LL.B. (mandatory)
• LLM, CS or equivalent compliance certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in the compliance domain
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and excellent stakeholder management abilities
