Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (established by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 24 of 2018) has issued Advertisement No. 002/REG/2026 dated 15 July 2026, inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for appointment to teaching posts on a regular basis. The recruitment is governed by the UGC Regulations, 2018 and the Dharmashastra National Law University Regulations, 2020, along with the Statutes, Ordinances and Rules of the University.
Every post advertised is a reserved post. Only candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) or Economically Weaker Sections categories who are bona fide residents (domiciles) of the State of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to apply against this advertisement. A candidate who is not a bona fide resident of Madhya Pradesh is not eligible for consideration, and this condition applies equally to candidates claiming the benefit of the EWS category.
Academic Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, with a rationalised entry pay of Rs 57,700, along with allowances as per the rules of the University. Pay fixation shall be at the minimum of the applicable Academic Pay Level. The place of posting is Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur.

The Academic Score is used for short-listing candidates for the interview only, and the selection is based solely on performance in the interview. Mere possession of the essential qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview, and the University may restrict the number of candidates called on the basis of higher qualifications or experience. No TA / DA is paid for appearing at the interview.
