Associate at Chambers of Shivam Chandel, Delhi (0-2 yrs PQE)

The Chambers of Shivam Chandel, based in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, is hiring an Associate to join its litigation and advisory practice. This is an offline, full-time role suited to early-career advocates who want hands-on exposure across a varied litigation docket. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

The chambers is led by Shivam Chandel, a law graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, who has worked at the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India with justices and senior advocates. The practice spans Tax Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Insurance Law, constitutional matters, and general litigation and advisory work.

As an Associate, you will assist on litigation and advisory matters across the chambers' practice areas. The work involves:

• Legal research across tax, IPR, insurance, and constitutional law
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and advisory notes
• Supporting court appearances and case preparation
• Travelling as required for matters and hearings

You are a good fit if you have:

• 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• A genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Willingness to travel as required
