Associate at CMS INDUSLAW, Mumbai (3-5 PQE)

• International arbitration mandates, including cross-border commercial and investment disputes.
• Investigations and white collar matters, working alongside the team on complex, sensitive engagements.
• Sanctions advisory spanning US, EU and UK regimes.

This role is a good fit if you are a qualified lawyer with:

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience in international arbitration.
• Exposure to white collar work, investigations and sanctions (US, EU, UK).

The position is based in Mumbai and is an offline (in-office) role.
