IPgyan Consulting LLP is hiring an Associate – Corporate & Commercial for its South Kolkata office. The firm is looking for a qualified lawyer with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience who can work across corporate-commercial advisory, litigation support and dispute resolution. If you are enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal and comfortable appearing before lower courts, tribunals and consumer forums, this role lets you build a varied advisory-plus-litigation practice within a legal-tech focused firm. As an Associate – Corporate & Commercial, you will work across a mix of advisory and contentious matters, including:

• Corporate-commercial advisory
• Litigation support
• Dispute resolution
• Drafting and legal research
• Client coordination
• Court and tribunal-related assignments

You will also be expected to assist on arbitration and mediation matters as they arise.

This position is suited to practising lawyers who meet the following criteria:

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Must be registered with the Bar Council of West Bengal
• Prior experience handling matters before Lower Courts, Tribunals and Consumer Courts
• Ability to assist in arbitration and mediation matters

The role is based at IPgyan Consulting LLP's office in South Kolkata, West Bengal. This is an on-site position.
