Legalmage LLP, a Delhi-based litigation and advisory firm, is hiring an Associate/Advocate to work on cybercrime and criminal litigation matters out of its Naveen Shahdara office. If you are a practising advocate who enjoys courtroom work and wants hands-on exposure to cyber and criminal cases across India, this is a full-time, in-office role with a fixed monthly salary.

Legalmage LLP (operating as Advocate Priya Paul & Associates) is a Delhi law firm with a stated legacy of around 25 years in the profession. The firm handles litigation and advisory work across civil, family, criminal, cyber, corporate/consumer protection, and labour and employment law, and works with clients in sectors such as banking, defence and aviation, real estate, and white-collar crime.

For this position, the firm's focus is on its cyber law and criminal law practice.

As an Associate, you would be involved in:

• Handling and assisting on cybercrime matters and coordinating with Cyber Cells and other authorities across India
• Travelling for filing and resolving legal matters within and outside Delhi
• Drafting, legal research, and court appearances
• Supporting senior advocates on litigation and legal strategy

• An LL.B. degree from a recognised university
• Current enrolment with a State Bar Council
• Basic to working knowledge of cyber law and criminal law
• An understanding of legal procedures and court processes, and a genuine interest in litigation and practical court work
• Willingness to travel for case-related work
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written; multilingual proficiency is a plus

The monthly salary is in the range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000, depending on your experience and skills.
