Associate at Sammaan Capital Limited, Delhi (4–6 yrs PQE)

Sammaan Capital Limited is hiring an Associate for its in-house corporate and commercial legal team in New Delhi. This is a full-time role suited to lawyers with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience who want to work on corporate lending, project finance and commercial contracting at one of India's large non-banking finance companies.

Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited) is a non-banking financial company in India, with a focus on housing finance and lending. The role sits within its internal legal function, supporting corporate, finance and commercial work across the business.

• Advising on corporate lending, project finance and general corporate legal matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation relating to real estate financing, construction finance and other lending transactions.
• Supporting transaction negotiations and deal execution.
• Providing legal advice to Credit Control, Business and other internal stakeholders.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, NDAs and service agreements.

Lawyers with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial legal work, ideally with exposure to lending, finance and contract negotiation.

The salary or CTC for this role has not been disclosed by the organisation. The position is based on-site at Gole Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi.
