Associate at TJA Legal, New Delhi (Litigation, 1-3 yrs PQE; 2 Positions)

TJA Legal, a Delhi-based litigation law office, is inviting applications for two Associate positions. This is a litigation-focused role aimed at candidates who have 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation; freshers who have completed a litigation-side internship are also encouraged to apply. TJA Legal is a litigation-driven law office based in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi. The team handles a broad range of contentious and advisory work, spanning civil litigation, commercial disputes, arbitration, criminal law, constitutional law and corporate advisory matters. Working here means hands-on exposure to drafting, research and court appearances alongside experienced advocates.

As an Associate, you will work at the heart of the firm's litigation practice. Typical responsibilities for the role include:

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on contentious matters.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications and related court documents.
• Assisting senior counsel in developing litigation strategy.
• Attending and supporting court hearings, and managing case documentation.

Two Associate positions are open in this round.

This opening is best suited to you if you have 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation. Freshers who have completed a prior internship on the litigation side are also welcome to apply. A genuine interest in courtroom practice and strong drafting and research skills will help you stand out.
