Wordict-IP, a boutique intellectual property law firm in Hyderabad, is hiring a Junior Associate for its IP Prosecution & Litigation practice. This is a full-time, in-office role suited to early-career lawyers (0-2 years) who want to build a focused IP practice spanning trademark and copyright prosecution, oppositions, and litigation. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

• Filing and prosecution of trademark and copyright applications
• Handling opposition and rectification proceedings
• Drafting notices, pleadings, written submissions, and other litigation-related documentation
• Legal research and portfolio management
• Appearances before various IP registries and courts

Law graduates with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Preference is given to candidates based in Hyderabad and those with prior exposure to intellectual property, media & entertainment, technology law, or litigation.
