As Associate Corporate Counsel, you will provide practical, business-focused legal support across a range of commercial and regulatory matters. Your work will include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts
• Advising on and managing legal, contractual, and commercial matters across the AWS India business
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal and business risks
• Managing ongoing legal risks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Experience in transactional work, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• English-language communication skills (written and verbal)
• Licensed to practice law in India and/or the US, UK or other recognised jurisdictions

Preferred qualifications:

• Web services / cloud computing or software licensing experience
• Private practice or in-house technology company experience
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, or cloud computing services
• Understanding of intellectual property, competition, and privacy issues
