Associate (Corporate & Transactional Practice) at Evara Legal LLP, New Delhi (2-4 Years PQE)

Evara Legal LLP is a multi-practice law firm advising domestic and international clients, with offices in New Delhi and Bangalore. The firm works across fourteen practice areas, including Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate & Commercial Laws, Foreign Investment Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Restructuring & Insolvency, Data Privacy & Protection, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution.

The firm is hiring an Associate for its Corporate & Transactional Practice at its New Delhi office. The role is on-site and offers direct work with the founding partners across a mix of M&A, banking and finance, insolvency, real estate and regulatory mandates, with ownership of matters from the outset.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholders' agreements and share purchase agreements.
• Supporting M&A transactions and conducting legal due diligence.
• Advising on company law, regulatory and foreign investment matters.
• Handling client mandates independently across the corporate and transactional practice.

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/transactional practice.
• Prior law firm experience.
• Strong drafting and redlining skills with close attention to detail.
• Sound grounding in the Companies Act, contract law and the FEMA framework.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates independently.

The position is based at the firm's New Delhi office in Green Park Extension and is an offline, in-office role.
