This is an Associate position within the firm's Dispute Resolution team, based at the Mumbai (Nariman Point) office. The focus is on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration.

• Practice area: Dispute Resolution (corporate and commercial litigation)
• Location: Mumbai, Nariman Point (on-site)

The firm is looking for candidates who bring:

• 2 to 3.5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience in corporate and commercial litigation
• Courtroom experience before High Courts, trial courts and tribunals
• A background in arbitration matters
