• Handling end-to-end domestic and international trademark prosecution, including searches, applications, examination reports, hearings, oppositions, renewals, assignments and other prosecution matters.
• Conducting trademark searches and advising on trademark availability, conflicts and prosecution strategy across Indian and international jurisdictions.
• Assisting with international trademark filings and prosecution, including coordination with foreign associates and handling Madrid Protocol matters.
• Drafting and reviewing trademark-related documents, responses, notices, affidavits and client correspondence.
• Assisting with IP portfolio management, including monitoring applications, deadlines and prosecution matters across jurisdictions.
• Advising on and assisting with data protection and privacy matters, including compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
• Reviewing and drafting privacy policies, data processing agreements, consent notices and other data protection documentation.
• Assisting clients with data protection compliance assessments, contractual requirements and implementation of privacy frameworks.
• Conducting legal research and preparing practical, business-oriented advice on IP and data protection matters.
• Coordinating with clients and internal or external stakeholders on ongoing matters.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in trademark prosecution and data protection or privacy.
• Exposure to international trademark prosecution and coordination with foreign associates would be preferred.
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters and timelines.
• Good understanding of Indian trademark practice and applicable data protection laws.
• Prior experience in a law firm or IP practice would be preferred.
