Associate / Senior Associate at Innovatus Law, New Delhi (4-6 yrs PQE)

Innovatus Law is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its New Delhi office. The firm is looking for a litigator who is equally comfortable in the courtroom and in the boardroom: someone with hands-on experience in civil commercial litigation before the courts and tribunals of New Delhi, paired with a solid grounding in general corporate advisory work.

If you have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, are enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, and want to work across both contentious and advisory mandates, this role is worth a close look. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Innovatus Law is a New Delhi-based multi-disciplinary law firm that specialises in dispute resolution and general corporate practice. The firm advises a diverse clientele, including domestic and international companies, SMEs, banks and financial institutions, promoter families, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Its leadership brings over two decades of experience across dispute resolution and general corporate advisory, so you would be working alongside senior practitioners on substantive, varied mandates.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in New Delhi. The role is built for legal professionals who can split their time between two streams of work:

• Civil commercial litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, tribunals, and arbitrations seated in New Delhi.
• General corporate advisory, supporting the firm's corporate clients on day-to-day and transactional matters.

You are a strong fit if you meet the following:

• You are a law graduate from a reputed law school.
• You have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• You are enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
• You have post-qualification experience in civil commercial litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, tribunals, and arbitrations in New Delhi.
• You have post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory.
