Overview

The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution at National Law University Delhi (NLUD) invites original blog contributions for the National Law University Alternative Dispute Resolution Review Blog (the NLUADR Blog). Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, so there is no fixed cut-off date - you can send in your post whenever it is ready. The blog is open to academicians, legal practitioners, research scholars, and students, and there is no submission fee.

This is a strong fit if you want to write analytically on arbitration, mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and the wider landscape of dispute resolution, and have your work published on a platform run by one of India's leading national law universities.

About NLU Delhi and the Centre for ADR

National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) is a national law school situated in Sector-14, Dwarka, Delhi, offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses on the five-year law degree model recognised by the Bar Council of India.

The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution at NLU Delhi envisions promoting ADR methods among legal and non-legal professionals, students, and the general public. It works towards a society that values harmony, peaceful co-existence, and diversity, and believes that ADR skills - active listening, understanding diverse perspectives, empathy, rational thinking, and community interest - are essential life skills for all.

About the NLUADR Blog

It promotes analytical discourse on ADR mechanisms and their role in fostering justice, accessibility, and social harmony.

Theme

The theme of the blog is Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms. The Centre welcomes submissions that explore theoretical frameworks, practical applications, comparative perspectives, and emerging trends in dispute resolution. Analytical posts are preferred over descriptive ones.
