The blog accepts original submissions on topical issues in Family Law. The Editorial Board has made clear that purely descriptive or uncritical pieces shall not be considered for publication, so submissions are expected to take an analytical position.

Each submission undergoes a preliminary editorial review, following which the Editorial Board may accept, reject, or request revisions to the manuscript. Every submission shall be reviewed by one or more members of the Editorial Board.
The Editorial Board reserves absolute discretion to accept, reject or request revisions to any submission, and editorial decisions shall be final.
Copyright in all published works shall vest with the Centre for Family Law (CFL).
