The editors at the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies - Technical Campus (VIPS-TC), Delhi, invite original chapter contributions for an edited book titled 'Employment Law and Human Resource Management: Legal Compliance, Workplace Behaviour and Organizational Effectiveness'. The book examines the intersection of employment law, human resource management, and organizational behaviour, bringing together academic scholarship and professional practice in a single interdisciplinary volume.
It is edited by Dr. Shefali Sachdeva (Assistant Professor, VIPS-TC, Delhi) and Dr. Richa Srivastava (Assistant Professor, VIPS-TC, Delhi). Contributions are welcomed from across law, management, and allied disciplines, offering both doctrinal and applied perspectives on the modern workplace.

Interested authors should first submit an abstract of 150 to 200 words to the editorial email editedbooklawshrm@gmail.com. Shortlisted authors will be notified and invited to submit the full chapter. All submissions undergo editorial review and plagiarism screening, and acceptance depends on quality, originality, and relevance. The editors retain the right to accept, reject, or request revisions on any submission.
