Overview

Lincoln College of Law, Sirhind, Punjab invites original, unpublished chapter contributions for its edited volume “Reimagining Legal Education: Experiential Pedagogies and Practice-Oriented Learning in the 21st Century”. The book will be published with an ISBN by Juris Cognita International Publications. The volume examines the transformative shifts taking place across legal education and aims to bring together scholarly perspectives on experiential, practice-oriented, and outcome-based approaches to teaching law.

About the organiser

The Call for Chapters is organised by Lincoln College of Law, Sirhind, Punjab. The resulting edited volume will be brought out as an ISBN publication through Juris Cognita International Publications.

The volume welcomes contributions broadly aligned with the theme of reimagining legal education. Indicative sub-themes include:

Who can submit

Submissions are open to students, faculty members, academicians, research scholars, and professionals. A maximum of three (3) authors is permitted per chapter.

Submission & chapter guidelines

  • Abstract: 250–300 words.
  • Full chapter: up to 3,500 words.
  • Body text: Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing, justified.
  • Footnotes: Times New Roman, font size 10, 1.0 line spacing.
  • Headings: Times New Roman, font size 14, bold and underlined.
  • Citation style: JILI citation format.
  • File format: .doc only.
  • Plagiarism: maximum 20% similarity accepted.
  • The abstract document should not carry author personal details; a separate cover letter with author details is to be submitted.

Publication & fee

The accepted chapters will be published in an ISBN edited volume by Juris Cognita International Publications.

  • Lincoln College faculty/students: Free.
  • Others (students, academicians, scholars, professionals): Rs. 800 (single author).
  • Each additional co-author: Rs. 500.

Important dates

  • Abstract submission deadline: 28 June 2026.
  • Abstract acceptance/rejection: Rolling basis, up to 29 June 2026.
  • Full manuscript submission deadline: 19 July 2026.
  • Manuscript decision: 20 July 2026.
  • Tentative book release: 15 August 2026.

Checklist

  • Chapter within 3,500 words, formatted per the guidelines.
