The Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Risk Regulation, Law, and Policy (online ISSN 3050-7197), published by Brill | Nijhoff, invites submissions on a rolling basis. The journal was established to bring together experts from different fields to tackle one of the most pressing and globally significant issues of our time: artificial intelligence (AI). The scope of legal focus encompasses international, comparative, public and private law. Contributions may be internationally focused or tethered to a particular jurisdiction, and where appropriate may bring to bear insights from other disciplines such as ethics, politics and economics.
