The journal is a flagship annual, peer-reviewed, open-access publication that serves as a forum for scholarly writing at the intersection of law, governance and public policy, encouraging academic discourse, policy analysis and legal reform. Submissions are invited on law and allied areas, including interdisciplinary studies reflecting socio-economic and political ideas or contemporary issues.
All submissions undergo blind peer review. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the guidelines and may ask authors to revise their work in line with reviewer comments. Co-authorship of up to two authors is permissible. Volume XIII is expected to be published in December 2026.
Manuscripts are accepted only through the university's Google Form, which collects the author's and co-author's details, the category of submission, the manuscript title, the Word file (maximum 10 MB) and the mandatory declaration. The form is hosted inside the NUSRL, Ranchi Google Workspace. The call names no submission, processing or publication fee.
