Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonepat, is a National Law University in Haryana established under the Haryana Act No. 15 of 2012. It runs B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. (one-year and two-year) and Ph.D. programmes in law, and functions under the Chancellorship of the Governor of Haryana, Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh, with Prof. (Dr.) Devinder Singh as Vice-Chancellor.
The University is fully residential and houses eleven specialised research centres, several student cells and a Legal Aid Clinic headed by faculty members.
The DBRANLU Law Review is the University's annual peer-reviewed and refereed research journal, carrying ISSN 3107-9954. Its inaugural issue (Volume 1, Issue 1) was published by the University in 2025.
The Journal is intended as a platform for academicians, legal practitioners, researchers, policy experts, judicial officers and students to engage in critical discourse on contemporary legal issues, with an emphasis on high-quality legal scholarship, interdisciplinary research and policy-relevant writing.
There is no restrictive theme. The Journal welcomes submissions on any contemporary legal issue of national or international significance, including topics in law and allied disciplines.
Contributions are invited in the following forms:
The call is open to academicians, legal practitioners, researchers, policy experts, judicial officers and students. Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
The manuscript, along with a separate cover page carrying the author's name, designation, institutional affiliation, contact number and email address, is to be submitted through the prescribed Google Form and by email.
The Call for Papers does not carry the Google Form link and no such form is published on the University website at present, so the email route is the working channel. The email address given in the signed call is kulwant.singh@dbranlu.ac.in. The call also prints an editorial address as editor@dbarnlu.ac.in, which appears to be a typographical error for editor@dbranlu.ac.in; authors who wish to copy the editorial desk should confirm the correct address with the Editor before sending.
The Call for Papers does not prescribe any submission, processing or publication charge.
