Call for Submissions: Doctoral and Early-Career Scholars Colloquium on Fairness in International Economic Adjudication [University of Geneva, 10 December 2026; Travel Grants Available]

The University of Geneva is hosting a one-day Doctoral and Early-Career Scholars Colloquium titled Fairness in International Economic Adjudication: Procedure, Substance, and Institutional Design on 10 December 2026. The colloquium is convened by Vasiliki Dritsa, PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant in International Law at the University of Geneva, with the support of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and the Conference universitaire de Suisse occidentale (CUSO).

The colloquium will explore competing conceptions of fairness in the interpretation, application and institutional development of international economic law. As the title indicates, submissions are invited to engage with fairness across three dimensions: procedure, substance and institutional design.

A limited number of travel and accommodation grants will be available, awarded in accordance with SNSF and CUSO funding regulations.
