The Mentorship Project (TMP) is inviting law students from across India to join its Campus Ambassador Program 2026. This is a volunteer, perk-based role that puts you at the centre of TMP activity on your campus and connects you directly with a wide network of legal mentors. If you enjoy building community, organising, and helping your peers find their footing in the profession, this is a chance to do that while growing your own network and your resume.
TMP runs as a pro bono initiative under the Shri Orchhadhish Seva Samiti trust, based in Bhopal. Its core idea is simple: mentorship is what bridges the gap between law school and real legal practice, and that guidance should reach students regardless of their background.
The Mentorship Project connects law students, young professionals, and aspirants with experienced mentors who have walked the same path. The mentor pool spans practising advocates, law firm professionals, civil servants, and judicial services aspirants and achievers, giving mentees access to guidance grounded in lived experience.
TMP also publishes legal news, case analysis, and blog content, lists legal jobs and internships, and welcomes student contributions through its Write for Us section. As a trust-backed pro bono effort, it does not charge students for its core mentorship work.
As a TMP Campus Ambassador you can expect:
This is a volunteer position. There is no stipend or monetary compensation; the value is in the mentorship, the network, the credentials, and the experience.
Campus Ambassadors represent TMP at their college and help carry its work to fellow students. The role suits someone who is already active in campus life, for example in placement cells, moot court societies, or student committees, and who can spend a few hours each week on outreach and coordination. You should plan for roughly 3 to 5 hours of weekly commitment.
Applications are reviewed and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, so applying early is to your advantage. Submit the application form, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. The application window closes on 20 August 2026.
