The Campus Law Centre - Journal for Legal and Policy Research (CLC-JLPR) is the annual journal of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. It brings together the work of students, academicians, and practitioners across law and cognate disciplines who share the belief that legal scholarship must remain critical, interdisciplinary, and open to reinvention.
CLC-JLPR invites original and previously unpublished work for its second volume. Submissions undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Finalised pieces are tentatively scheduled for publication by March 2027.
The journal does not confine itself to a specific theme. Authors are encouraged to contribute on any area of law and its interplay with policy, provided the work is original, analytically sound, and engages meaningfully with contemporary legal questions.
All word counts are inclusive of footnotes. Co-authorship is permitted up to a maximum of 4 authors.
To ensure an anonymous review process, the submitted draft must not contain any reference to the identity of the author(s). A separate cover page must be uploaded, containing the title, name, university or organisation (if any), educational qualification, and professional status of the author(s), along with acknowledgements (if any) in not more than 300 words.
Only original and unpublished work may be submitted, and it must not be simultaneously under consideration by any other publication. All submissions are run through anti-plagiarism software; plagiarism must not exceed 10% and any form of plagiarism results in instant rejection. Manuscripts are also screened for AI-generated content, the use of which is not permitted. There is no submission or publication fee.
Submit the full draft along with a separate cover page through the dedicated Google Form for Volume 2 (linked below). For queries, email shodh@clc.du.ac.in or visit the official journal website.
