Basic qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, Audit or Governance functions.
• Experience with RBI regulations and compliance/regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and compliance tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications:

• 6+ years of compliance / audit / risk management experience.
• Experience with RBI-regulated entities (NBFCs, banks, fintechs, payment aggregators).
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and testing frameworks.
• Outsourcing governance and vendor compliance expertise.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
