• CS, LLB or a certified compliance professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, particularly those applicable to NBFCs.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
