Compliance Manager at LexComply, Noida & Mumbai (5-7 yrs, CS/Law)

LexComply is hiring a Compliance Manager for its offices in Noida and Mumbai. This is a senior, client-facing role built for someone who already lives and breathes statutory and regulatory compliance, and who can own complex client relationships end to end.

As Compliance Manager, you will be the bridge between LexComply's clients and its internal teams. The work blends hands-on regulatory research with relationship management and process ownership:

• Manage client relationships and resolve client queries with clarity and ownership
• Conduct statutory and regulatory compliance research
• Handle onboarding and implementation documentation
• Develop SOPs, best practices and process-improvement measures
• Mentor junior team members

This role is suited to experienced compliance professionals. You should bring:

• A Company Secretary (CS) or Law degree
• 5-7 years of compliance operations experience
• Fluency in legal research and regulatory frameworks
• The ability to resolve complex client queries with clarity and ownership
• The ability to work effectively across Content, IT and client-facing teams
