The role

Reporting to the Head of Contract Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the selection of appropriate contract templates and supporting the drafting, review and execution of contracts.
  • Ensuring contracts comply with applicable legal requirements and company policies.
  • Managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including request, negotiation, execution, renewal and closure.
  • Maintaining and updating contract databases and repositories, including the Coupa CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) system.
  • Preparing scheduled and ad hoc reports related to contracting activities.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across business units and corporate functions.
  • Identifying contractual risks and discrepancies and collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate them.
  • Supporting efforts to improve operational efficiency, standardisation and control processes.

Who can apply

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in contract administration or related legal roles.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard contract management practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional language proficiency is an advantage.

What it offers
