  • Analyse contractual terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, highlighting deviations from standard terms and recommending appropriate changes.
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly update a Contractual Risk Register documenting key risks, risk owners, mitigation actions, obligations, and status tracking.
  • Maintain the contract repository with proper version control, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Track and monitor key contractual obligations, including SLAs, KPIs, deliverables, and critical milestones.
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, vendor due diligence, and audit and compliance activities.
  • Own the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, approval matrices, and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on contract utilization, compliance status, cost savings, and vendor performance.

You are a good fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in contract management, procurement, or a related function.
