• Review, draft and negotiate several types of contractual agreements, including services agreements.
• Independently, and in support of others, structure, negotiate and close client transactions.
• Strategise with senior legal professionals, business leadership and internal stakeholders ahead of negotiations.
• Monitor developments in the industry that affect Accenture and its clients, and integrate those findings into transactional practice.
• Support Legal Group initiatives and projects.
• Engage with client executives and, where required, with outside counsel.

• LL.B. degree or an equivalent law degree.
• Authorised and licensed to practise law in India.
• Experience range of 5-10 years.
• A minimum of 4 years of transactional experience in the IT industry, or in a law firm, or in a corporate legal or transaction group performing comparable work.

• Ability to independently manage a high volume of transactions.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting technology-based agreements.
• Working understanding of contracting and risk issues in intellectual property, digital, consulting, systems integration and outsourcing transactions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, including with senior counsel and business clients.

• The role requires travel.
