Deloitte Shared Services India LLP is hiring a Deputy Manager for its Ethics and Compliance team within Enabling Areas (Risk and Brand Protection) at its Mumbai office. Requisition ID 98461. The Ethics Team handles training and communications, ethics case management, monitoring, and compliance activities.

• Develop the inquiry approach and methodology, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed reports.
• Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes, and build dashboards for regular reporting to ethics leadership.
• Design and deliver ethics and compliance training content tailored to different organizational levels across India.
• Oversee implementation of and adherence to the ethics and compliance program.
• Manage the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) portfolio, including maintaining and updating POSH policies and developing POSH training programs.

• Master's degree in human resources / personnel management, MBA, CA, CS or LLB.
• Experience conducting ethics inquiries.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Strong networking and stakeholder-management ability, with a mature and empathetic approach.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work collaboratively.
