About the Programme

The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) at National Law University Delhi invites applications for its flagship Diploma in Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law, Practice and Regulations (DIB) for the 2026-2027 session, along with a set of associated Certificate Courses.

The enactment of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) transformed India's insolvency regime by providing a time-bound framework for insolvency resolution, corporate restructuring, liquidation and value maximisation. The programme is built to bridge the gap between that evolving ecosystem and the specialised legal and practical training professionals need, combining conceptual clarity with practical insight into the law and practice of insolvency resolution.

CTCL is the University's flagship research centre dedicated to commercial law, and engages in advisory and policy work with institutions including the IBBI and CII.
