Symbiosis Law School, Pune, a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), offers a one-year part-time Diploma in International Business Laws and Corporate Laws in India (D.I.B.L. & C.L.I.) for the academic year 2026-27. The programme is designed to impart legal knowledge in relation to international relations and business transactions, and it emphasises the role of Indian industry and the legal system in the global legal order.
The diploma can be pursued alongside a regular degree programme. There is no entrance examination.
The diploma is delivered across five modules:
Classes are held in the evening on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Symbiosis Law School campus in Viman Nagar, Pune.
Symbiosis Law School states that it is mandatory to attend classes and skill building exercises in person.
Per the official Admission Procedure brochure for the academic year 2026-27, a candidate should have cleared 10+2 from any recognised Board, and in addition should be either:
Admission is confirmed only on payment of the academic fees and on meeting the eligibility criteria prescribed by Symbiosis International University, Pune.
Please note: the diploma page on the Symbiosis Law School website states the eligibility more narrowly, as Std. XII passed from a recognised board and pursuing a 5-year law programme in any law college in Pune, with candidates from non-law programmes required to be graduates of a statutory or recognised University who fulfil the other criteria prescribed by Symbiosis International University. Candidates who are pursuing law outside Pune should confirm their eligibility with the diploma office before paying the registration fee.
Selection is on a first come, first served basis, subject to the eligibility criteria of Symbiosis International University, Pune. There is no entrance examination.
A registration fee of Rs 1,500 is payable at the time of filling the online registration form, by credit card, debit card or internet banking.
Academic fees for outside students and Indian students total Rs 34,000: Rs 29,000 in academic fees plus a refundable institute deposit of Rs 5,000. This is payable as Rs 19,500 at the time of admission and Rs 14,500 by 25 November 2026.
Academic fees for Symbiosis students total Rs 29,000: Rs 24,000 in academic fees plus a refundable institute deposit of Rs 5,000. This is payable as Rs 17,000 at the time of admission and Rs 12,000 by 25 November 2026.
Symbiosis Law School states that no capitation fee is charged.
Candidates should complete the online registration form on the Symbiosis registration portal and pay the Rs 1,500 registration fee. On successful registration, an offer letter with payment details is sent to the registered email ID, and the academic fees must then be paid as per the schedule.
The last date of registration is 16 August 2026 and the last date for payment of fees is 21 August 2026.
Before starting the online registration, Symbiosis advises turning off the browser autofill option to avoid incorrect information being entered.
