The Director heads Shri Vaishnav Institute of Law, which runs B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.), a three-year LL.B. (Hons.), and LL.M. programmes in Business Law, Criminal Law and Human Rights. The institute is approved by the Bar Council of India and functions as a constituent institute of SVVV.
This is a full-time, campus-based leadership appointment at the University's Indore campus.
Eligibility and essential qualifications
- Ph.D. in Law from a recognised University.
- Must be a Professor or an equivalent academic in a recognised University or institution, fulfilling the minimum qualifications prescribed under the UGC Regulations, 2018 (as amended).
- Not less than ten (10) years of experience as Professor or in an equivalent academic or research position.
- Proven expertise in academic leadership, institutional administration, BCI and UGC regulatory compliance, NEP 2020 implementation, Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA), and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
The advertisement adds that recently retired persons may also apply.
