The Interest Group on International Economic Law of the European Society of International Law (ESIL) is hosting the launch of Dr Inga Martinkutė's new book, Reconciling Domestic Property Regimes and International Investment Protection: Origins, Comparisons and Contestations, published by Brill | Nijhoff.
The author and leading experts will discuss property protection, the expropriation of investments and the future of investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS).
Registration for online participation is open through the official form, which asks for your name (as on your passport or ID), your organisation or affiliation and your position. The form does not limit registration to ESIL members, so participants from India can register.
Neither the ESIL announcement nor the registration form mentions any fee.
The Interest Group also welcomes proposals from ESIL members for future book launches. Members who have recently published a book in the field of international economic law and would like to present it are invited to contact the Interest Group.
