About the Bootcamp

The European-South Asian Investment Arbitration Bootcamp 2026 is an intensive five-day programme jointly organised by the Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL), National Law University Delhi, Uppsala University, Sweden, and the CELIS Institute gUG, Berlin. It will run from 9 to 13 November 2026 at NLU Delhi's Dwarka campus.

The Bootcamp aims to build a bridge between Europe and South Asia, enabling a mutual exchange of expertise on investment arbitration and economic security law. It is hosted annually by the CELIS Institute in collaboration with premier South Asian and European universities, and the 2026 edition is being delivered with NLU Delhi.

The programme combines expert lectures, practical workshops and career-focused discussions, giving participants hands-on insight into the rapidly evolving landscape of investment arbitration, with a particular focus on economic security and the specific challenges faced by European and South Asian states.
