The FIMT Law Journal is inviting submissions for Volume 9, Issue 1. It is a peer-reviewed, open access law journal published by the School of Law at the Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology (FIMT) in New Delhi, and carries ISSN 2321-4333. If you have an original piece of legal writing on a contemporary or emerging area of law, this is a genuine, fee-free avenue to get it published.
What makes this worth your time: there are no processing or publication charges, the review is double blind, and the journal welcomes work from students alongside academicians, researchers, and practitioners. The submission deadline is 30 June 2026.
The FIMT Law Journal has been published under the aegis of the FIMT School of Law since 2018. It is an openly accessible, blind peer-reviewed journal that comes out twice a year (bi-annually) and is dedicated to recognising and fostering legal research across the legal fraternity.
FIMT is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi, approved by AICTE and NCTE, and its School of Law is approved by the Bar Council of India. The institute runs BA LLB, BBA LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes, which gives the journal a credible academic home. The journal examines contemporary developments in law at both national and international levels.
The journal accepts original, unpublished work from academicians, researchers, legal professionals, and students on contemporary and emerging areas of law. The following categories of writing are published:
