Why attend

India has consolidated its labour laws into four comprehensive codes: the Code on Wages, 2019; the Industrial Relations Code, 2020; the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020; and the Code on Social Security, 2020.

These reforms significantly affect employer-employee relationships, compliance requirements, workplace safety, wages and dispute resolution. The program equips HR professionals, compliance officers, managerial staff, academicians and practitioners with the updated knowledge needed for smooth implementation and legal compliance.
