Guest Faculty (Law) at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala (5 Posts, Rs 1,500 per Lecture)

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, is a National Law University established under the Punjab Act No. 12 of 2006 and is accredited with an 'A' Grade by NAAC. The University is located at its Sidhuwal campus on Bhadson Road, Patiala, Punjab.

Through Advertisement No. RGNUL/62/2026 dated 21.07.2026, RGNUL has invited applications for the engagement of Guest Faculties against the existing teaching vacancies of Law on lecture basis.

• Number of posts: 05
• Remuneration: Rs 1,500 per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs 50,000 per month, as per RGNUL Regulations
• Selection: Walk-in-interview at the RGNUL campus

Candidates must hold either of the following:

• LL.M. with 55% marks and UGC-NET/SLAT (Law); OR
• Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations

Desirable qualifications:

• Quality publications
• Teaching experience in the concerned subject

The application fee is payable through SBI Collect (via the University's payment portal):

• General category: Rs 1,770 (inclusive of GST)
• SC/ST/SAP category: Rs 1,180 (inclusive of GST)

The interview will be held on 03.08.2026 at 10:00 AM at the RGNUL campus. Candidates shall be allowed to appear for the interview before the selection committee only if they have marked attendance physically for the interview on or before 9:30 AM on 03.08.2026. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
